For vacant apartments, we empty the mailbox and check the condition of the apartment. In the case of a rented property, we inspect the condition of the apartment at a time agreed in advance with the tenant.
Maintenance
Our company handles the maintenance needs that arise with reliable specialists. After assessing the work, we ask for a price quote (constant contact with the owner) – be it plumbing installation, blockage removal, electrical installation, painting, furniture assembly, etc.
Management of Utility costs
Utility costs are accurately calculated based on meter readings and invoices. Which we constantly update – in our online system. Both the tenant and the apartment owner can see the costs associated with the apartment up to date. We keep in touch with the joint representatives, we are informed about the condominium news. If the owner requests it, we also represent him/her at the condominium’s general meetings.
We guarantee that there will be no late payments to utility providers.
Cleaning
It is very important that the apartment is quickly returned to the market at the end of the rental period, which is why it is also important that it is checked and properly cleaned during the rental period. We organize and supervise the cleaning of the property.
The tenant can also request regular cleaning of the apartment, for which we will ask for a price quote!
